For adding participants in MS Teams meeting you are not an owner of, you can simply follow these steps:
- Open the meeting window.
- Click on the forward button like this in the image below.
- Forward the invite to the participants you want to add.
Alternate Method:
- Open your calendar
- Right click on the meeting you want to add participants
- Select the forward option like this shown in the image below
- Forward the invite to the participants you want to add
After performing these steps the new participants will get an email notification of the meeting and the organizer will in turn receive an email stating that you have added these new participants.
